Chromoria VR is a virtual reality (VR) coloring application designed to promote psychological relaxation through interactive 3D creative engagement. EEG and PPG data collected before and after the experience were analyzed for 30 adult participants. Results showed a significant decrease in heart rate and brain stress, along with an increase in brain score and concentration. These findings suggest that creative coloring activity in a virtual environment can positively influence emotional relaxation and concentration.
